We are excited to see our Pixel Smart Boutique Hotel full swing under construction. Located in Arpora, Goa the design  is a retrofit of a commercial building into a hotel.

Instead of demolishing existing building, we felt it was best to retain the concrete shell and reinvent the architectural experience by introducing a new facade as well as interior finishes enabling us to save time, energy and material resources.
