Construction of the thirteen storey luxury residential building for Mahindra Lifespaces in Sopanbaug, Pune is almost complete. The façade design that is inspired from the historical character of Pune’s gardens and the existing trees on site wherein we have taken branching as a central concept to create a self-supporting facade network that will generate sun shading, an aesthetic identity and distinctive moods within the apartments.

The construction of the building with its large and dynamically cantilevered balconies and a self-supporting GRC façade system has been a uniquely engineered one involving new methods of pre fabrication, casting and digital design.

The building is now close to completion with the rooftop landscape and pool underway and is due to open by end of 2016.
