Concept
Binary Fields showcases India’s evolution from an agricultural economy to software and technology led one. Working at a multi- concept level highlighting India’s growth in information technology the proposal also creates awareness of major issues such as electronic waste faced by all developing countries due to the rapidly growing economies. | |
Concept Diagram | The proposal consists of over 8,000 computer recycled parts forming an interactive green technological field. These parts will be installed on thin hollow metal tubes to create tectonic grass. |
Concept Sketch Model | |
Each of this grass like elements will be connected with a network of LED’s that will be connected to motion sensors. These sensors will enable to interact with visitors by creating overlapping light ripples creating spatial and dynamic effects. |
