This year ends for us with our article and Amita’s interview within Frame publication latest new book called ‘City Quitters’ by Karen Rosenkranz . The book documents creative professionals across the world who are finding innovative and alternative ways of living and working outside the city. It’s a great time to reflect on our last three years of living in Goa, especially North Goa . This is a unique in between ; neither city , nor suburbia , nor extreme rural isolation , the place offers a distinct liberal , artistic and international culture and communities reminiscent of modern cities but within a beautiful tropical Indo European moods and landscapes. |
As said in the interview we as a studio feel that cities and urban density are definitely necessary in today’s times but we need to reinvent them in a completely different way. In the coming months we will be researching on these topics within the studio and our instagarm page and getting all your feedback on urbanism, density and cities in the 21st century , of living within them and our learning of living outside of them ! . |
